Jay Flaxman Studio has created a promotional video package for Great Marlborough Estates, the London based residential development company. The piece acts as a leave-piece intended to replace their existing printed collateral.

A leader in its category with a pipeline of over £500,000,000 of prime central London projects, Great Marlborough prides itself on adding value through design and forensic attention to detail.

We suggested a sixty second film would be a more engaging prospect to potential investors and partners than a traditional printed brochure. We scripted and shot the piece at the company’s offices as well as at a selection of their London-based developments. Once the final edit was graded and output we designed a number of bespoke, hand-crafted presentation packs to house the film. Complete with sound, the 2.5inch screen is contained within a pack no bigger than a standard business card. Working with creative packaging legend Tim Milne at Artomatic (Massive Attack, Spiritualized), we used a combination of high quality card stock and silver foil blocking to convey the company’s prestige and attention to detail.

Director Grant Lipton commented, “In today’s ‘soundbite’ culture it’s harder than ever to get the attention of your audience, let alone engage them to a point where they gain value from your communications. Jay Flaxman Studio gave us something really original that has become a real conversation starter.”

In addition to the video and presentation package, we have redesigned the web provision and managed the digital marketing for one of the company’s residential developments in Notting Hill.
